Privacy and expressions of interest

Before publication: this notice must be reviewed and completed with the data controller’s contact details.

Purpose

Data submitted through the form is used only to evaluate and respond to inquiries concerning the Terre Zuddas project and possible collaboration.

Data processed

Name, organization, contact details, professional profile, area of interest, website and message content. The system also applies a technical anti-abuse limit without storing the IP address in plain text.

Legal basis

Processing takes place at the user’s request to begin a preliminary discussion and, where applicable, on the basis of the consent provided in the form.

Retention

Inquiries may be retained for up to 12 months unless the discussion continues or legal obligations require a different period.

Recipients

Data is accessible to the project contacts and technical providers strictly required for hosting and form management. It is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

External map

The Google map is not loaded automatically. It is activated only after the user chooses to open it. Google’s terms and privacy information then apply.

Rights

The user may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. The data controller’s contact details must be inserted here before final publication.
